Our Accomplishments

Accomplishments are grouped as per working sectors:

Social Development

• Life is an art; Peace is a Science (lectures by experts following inquiries & interaction) organized in 3 organizations in Kathmandu,

• 3 month-long Art Painting course conducted in a boarding school in Kathmandu, in which 80 students have participated,

• Training on Leadership Development organized in collaboration with NRDC; 56 educated persons benefited,

• Poem writing competition organized, 32 poets from various walks of life participated,

• Distribution of de-worming tablets (herbal) to 200 students, a lecture by expert followed on how to be healthy and happy in life,

• Free Check up and Operation Campaign for people of hard hearing -191 benefited (supported by Impact Nepal and collaborated by Association of Hard Hearing, Kirtipur) ,

• Free Dental Camp organized for villagers in Kathmandu (212 people got their teeth checked and 90 got the treatment) a group of 13 dental experts were involved in collaboration with Lion Club of Patan ,

• Free Dental Camp organized for villagers in Lalitpur (61 people got their teeth checked and 40 got the treatment) a group of 10 dental experts were involved in collaboration with Lion Club of Patan,

• 4 workshops organized on different topics- Decent work, Research Methodology and its practical use, School Management and their solution, Guthi system in Nepal - past, present & future.

Economic Promotion

• Workshop on Stock Exchange and its law provisions; how far does it contribute to effective capital formation and mobilization,

• Workshop on Remittance Economy and Nepal: Prospects, constraints and opportunities (in collaboration with Federation of National Indigenous Ethnic Women) -37 participants benefited, resource persons from Central Bank of Nepal.

Social Security

• Cloths and other relief material support to flood Victims in Bitlad of Dhading

• Free Health Camp organized for conflict-affected, internally displaced and disadvantaged sections of Kathmandu Valley, 321 patients benefited, was appreciated by the beneficiaries,

• Free food to senior citizens, beggars, street children, diseased people, is being provided regularly.
